With a duration of nearly 30 minutes, Symphony of the Sea takes place at 7:45 PM daily in the stunning bay of the Kiss Bridge. Developed by Sun Group, and conceived and directed by H2O – a renowned Australian production company, the show delivers a high-end "artistic feast" centered on the world-class performances of 24 "water artists" – world champions and runners-up in Jetski and Flyboard, along with magical laser effects and a spectacular display of fireworks and waterworks, appearing for the first time in Phu Quoc.
The show will guide the audience through a love story of two mythical characters representing earth and water, recreated through colorful, magical, and emotional imagery. The stage is the bay area of Sunset Town, accessible to tourists from the Sun Bavaria Gastropub, as well as from the Kiss Bridge and the beach. In addition, a modern sound and lighting system and advanced laser technology will illuminate the entire bay, providing visitors with the most complete experience from any viewing position.
The show uses World Music, inspired by the vibrant sounds of festivals. Each beat, each ray of light ignites excitement, creating an explosive atmosphere. Interspersed between the high and inspiring notes of this ocean symphony are the deep, melodious notes of the "Mother loves her child" melody soaring on the kite flute, as the firework kites are released by Jetski soaring into the night sky from the sea. Traditional kite flutes – the childhood of generations of Vietnamese people – are depicted in a new guise with sparkling silver fireworks, moving the audience. This is considered a special highlight of this modern-sounding show.
Especially in the second season, the show is "enchanted" by Laservision, a leading international creative company based in Australia, specializing in the design and production of large-scale light, laser, water, sound, and visual technology shows. With over 35 years of experience, Laservision has left its mark in over 60 countries, participating in many world-class events such as the Sydney Olympic Games, the Shanghai World Expo, the Australian National Day celebrations… promising to bring a new level of performance to Phu Quoc.
