Sun Urban City Resort City – Live a vibrant life
Sun Urban City is a 420ha mega resort city developed by Sun Group Corporation in the heart of Phu Ly city, Ha Nam – a location likened to the "heart" of the Red River Delta region due to its strategic position and superior regional connectivity.
Boasting rare advantages in transport infrastructure, the project is surrounded by a synchronously invested network of road, rail, and air transport. From Sun Urban City, residents can easily travel along National Highway 1A, the Phap Van – Cau Gie – Ninh Binh Expressway, quickly access eastern Hanoi provinces via Thanh Tri Bridge, or connect to western – northern Hanoi areas through the elevated Ring Road 3. Notably, the Phu Thu Intersection – a key project worth VND 1,400 billion – is being expedited for completion, promising to directly link this mega city to the Capital Region Ring Road 5, reducing travel time to Hanoi center to approximately 45 minutes.
In the near future, when the North – South high-speed railway line officially breaks ground in 2027 with a stop at Phu Ly Station, Ha Nam's inter-regional connectivity will be further enhanced, boosting trade between the region and Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa provinces, and the entire Northern economic corridor.
Not stopping there, the Capital Region's second airport is planned for construction in the Ung Hoa – Phu Xuyen area (Hanoi), just about 15 minutes from Sun Urban City, further expanding this mega city's connectivity with domestic and international economic and tourism centers.
Located at the confluence of the Chau Giang, Nhue, and Day rivers, the project not only possesses auspicious land but is also an ancient land rich in tradition with nearly 2,000 historical sites. These values have been distilled by Sun Group and integrated into the project's architectural space and comprehensive utility ecosystem, creating a resort city imbued with Northern Vietnamese identity yet very modern.
Sun Urban City is meticulously planned with a diverse utility system, highlighted by a chain of 5 large-scale mega parks, offering 1001 experiences for residents and visitors. The 150m wide, 1.5km long Festival Boulevard axis has officially opened, becoming the centerpiece for art, festival, and entertainment activities. In the evening, the festival axis illuminates with light shows, water music, and spectacular fireworks every Friday and Saturday night, creating a vibrant spectrum of experiences for residents and visitors. Alongside this is the cultural park located by a 16ha lake with a square, grandstand, fireworks island, and brewery; the Sun World Ha Nam water park, inspired by water puppetry art, which opened in May 2025 and
quickly became the leading entertainment destination in the region. The Sports Park with modern equipment will be where residents train physically every day, while the eco-park is oriented to become a children's paradise, featuring the world-renowned Kid Universal complex for the first time in Vietnam, integrating education, exploration, and play in an open, green space.
Complementing the resort utilities, Sun Urban City also makes a strong impression with its diverse real estate products, ranging from commercial townhouses and villas to high-rise apartments. The Kim Ngan 2 low-rise subdivision is a prominent highlight with its prime location adjacent to the Trong Doi Tam symbol and the bustling festival boulevard axis. Townhouses and villas here boast wide frontages up to 11m, open designs, and large sidewalks, suitable for flexible business models such as cafes, showrooms, spas, or restaurants. Additionally, the Park Residence apartments are designed with a premium resort spirit in the heart of the city, featuring apartment heights up to nearly 5m, large glass windows connecting with nature, and flexible, customizable spaces. The podium shophouses, up to 7m high, create an airy and versatile feel, suitable for both living and business.
In the long-term vision, Sun Urban City will be part of the Sun Mega City, a mega city spanning 1,690ha that Sun Group is gradually establishing in Ha Nam. Here, the investor plans to create a complex recreating the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long, applying modern experiential technology, not only preserving historical value but also creating momentum for sustainable cultural – tourism development for the region.
With meticulous planning, strategic vision, a premium utility ecosystem, and superior profit potential, Sun Urban City is emerging as a leading attractive investment destination on the Red River Delta's real estate map.
