Accordingly, from July 1, 2025 to September 3, 2025, residents with permanent residency in 3 localities (Ha Nam, Nam Dinh and Ninh Binh) will enjoy a fixed price of only 150,000 VND/ticket when visiting Ha Nam Water Park from Monday to Thursday, applicable to both adults and children. The weekend price (Friday to Sunday), from 300,000 VND, is reduced to 200,000 VND/ticket.
This special price for Ninh Binh locals is significantly discounted compared to the listed price for out-of-province visitors: 300,000 VND/adult ticket and 250,000 VND/child ticket.
To enjoy this promotion, visitors only need to present identification proving permanent residency in the new Ninh Binh area (including Ha Nam, Nam Dinh and Ninh Binh) upon arrival at the park.

From 5 PM to 7 PM daily, the discounted ticket price for all visitors to the Ha Nam water park is VND 150,000/person.
