Accordingly, the social housing project for staff, doctors, and employees of Bach Mai and Viet Duc Hospitals, located on plots CT01, CT02, and OCT-01, has a total construction area of nearly 4,000 m2, a total investment of over 400 billion VND, and comprises three buildings. Each building is 10 stories high, with approximately 455 scientifically designed apartments that optimize natural light and functionality. Apartments range from approximately 40m2 to 70m2, flexibly meeting the housing needs of individuals or families.
