Under the partnership, 2C2P - Southeast Asia's leading global payment platform with over 350 global 'giants' as clients including Facebook, Apple…will provide payment technology infrastructure. M-PAY will act as the connecting unit, deploying the solution in Vietnam and integrating it into Sun Phu Quoc Airways' system.

Through this, SPA deploys the smart payment coordination solution (Payment Air Controller – PACO), allowing the integration of multiple payment methods simultaneously on a single platform. More importantly, this system can support popular payment methods in each market, including international cards, e-wallets, QR, and domestic transfers in local currency.

SPA passengers in many markets will have many payment options suitable for local habits

This is considered a key factor in the context of traveler payment behaviors differing significantly between countries. The lack of payment options suitable for local habits often becomes a barrier during the booking process, especially for international customers .

With solutions from 2C2P, Sun Phu Quoc Airways can gradually meet the specific payment methods in each market, thereby helping passengers easily complete transactions according to their usage habits . At the same time, the system also meets the highest international security standards, ensuring safety in all transactions.

According to the Strategy & Investment Outlook 2H 2025 report by Velocity Ventures in collaboration with Pear Anderson, Southeast Asian tourism is experiencing strong growth, with revenue increasing by 18% year-on-year, reaching 860 million USD. Vietnam continues to be the leading market, with international visitors in March being 46% higher than in 2019.

However, airlines still face many challenges such as payment method limitations, fraud risks, and complex reconciliation processes. According to an IDC Infobrief report conducted by 2C2P and Antom in 2025, the digital payment market in e-commerce in Vietnam is forecast to grow strongly until 2028.

Sun PhuQuoc Airways' cooperation with payment technology partners is not just a technical step, but clearly reflects the airline's development orientation in the context of the aviation industry entering a phase of competition based on experience and digitalization capabilities.

Mr. Worachat Luxkanalode, CEO of 2C2P, shared: “ Today's travelers expect a fast booking experience that suits local habits. As a leading solutions partner for airlines in Asia, we are delighted to partner with M-PAY and Sun PhuQuoc Airways to bring Phu Quoc closer to Vietnamese and regional travelers .”

Mr. Nguyen Manh Quan, General Director of Sun PhuQuoc Airways, stated: “ We are delighted to partner with M-PAY and 2C2P to enhance convenience and accessibility for customers in Vietnam and Asia. This is a crucial part of our commitment to delivering a seamless 'resort in the sky' journey. Together with our partners, we look forward to contributing to enhanced customer experiences and expanded regional accessibility .”
