Service space elevates passenger experience

Sun Executive Lounge is designed as a "departure point for experiences", for premium service passengers of Sun PhuQuoc Airways and special customers within the Sun Group ecosystem.

Located on the 2nd floor, domestic terminal of Noi Bai International Airport with an area of over 170m², the lounge can accommodate nearly 60 guests, embodying the "warm luxury" design spirit - warm and luxurious. The space is inspired by nature and Vietnamese cultural identity, evoking the beauty of Phu Quoc - a strategic hub in the airline's flight network.

Yellow, brown, and sea blue tones are combined with natural materials such as wood, stone, and bronze metal, creating a relaxing resort-like feel. Artistic details such as lacquer paintings, traditional patterns, and handicraft items are selected to create "cultural touchpoints", helping passengers feel the Vietnamese identity right from the airport space.

The lounge is arranged with diverse functional areas including a lounge & dining area, a quiet workspace, private rooms for small groups, a relaxation area with high-class massage chairs, and other supporting amenities, meeting the needs for rest, work, or relaxation before the flight.
Culinary experience bearing the mark of the Sun Group ecosystem
A highlight of Sun Executive Lounge is the culinary experience selected from brands within the Sun Group ecosystem.

Passengers can enjoy famous "authentic" German sausages at Sun World Ba Na Hills - a product processed according to international HACCP standards. Also available is SunKraft craft beer brewed at Ba Na Brew House on top of Ba Na mountain according to the traditional recipe of the Bavaria (Germany) region.
In the near future, the lounge will implement a service model of set menus served at the table combined with a buffet, with a periodically changing menu, to bring a diverse culinary experience to passengers.
A strategic component in the Sun Group aviation ecosystem
The launch of Sun Executive Lounge marks a strategic step by Sun PhuQuoc Airways in proactively controlling and enhancing the quality of ground services, instead of relying entirely on existing airport lounge systems.

According to the airline's representative, the private lounge helps Sun PhuQuoc Airways ensure consistency in passenger experience – from ground to air, in line with the high-standard service development direction the airline is pursuing.
The Sun Executive Lounge at Noi Bai is also the first step in the airline's plan to develop its lounge system at key airports. According to the plan, the next lounge will be inaugurated at Phu Quoc International Airport in mid-April, gradually forming the airline's synchronized high-class service network.

Concurrently, Sun Group is also deploying many components within its aviation ecosystem, including an airline catering facility in Phu Quoc, a loyalty program, the Sun Holiday tourism platform, and an aviation human resource training system.
These components aim to bring a complete journey experience to passengers, while also bringing Sun PhuQuoc Airways closer to the service standards of 5-star airlines in the region.
On the occasion of the opening, Sun PhuQuoc Airways is launching a promotional program for passengers experiencing lounge services. In the first 15 days, passengers purchasing lounge services with their flight tickets will receive a direct 20% discount on service prices. Specifically, passengers purchasing Economy Plus class tickets on routes between Hanoi and Phu Quoc will receive completely free Sun Executive Lounge service. The program applies at Noi Bai from March 10, 2026, to April 10, 2026. |
