With a total area of 227 ha, Charmora City is planned into 3 functional islands, including North Island, Central Island, and South Island. Each island has its own rhythm of life, but they are harmoniously connected within the overall complex, clearly reflecting the spirit of balanced development between people and nature.
Among them, North Island is the administrative island, featuring a new administrative center, with a highlight of a 5.2ha wide square and Bubble Park – the first water park in the South Central Coast. Fully embracing nature's gifts from its river mouth location, Bubble Park is the first pillar of the Sponge City model, recreating the native wetland ecosystem through diverse landscape clusters such as terraced fields, lakes, dikes, and green islands.
Central Island is the entertainment and resort island, expected to gather all entertainment products that Sun Group has successfully developed nationwide, along with unique new shows. Central Island is anticipated to become the "heart of entertainment – leisure – resort" of the Nha Trang destination with light and water shows, fireworks, floating markets, VuiFest night markets… It promises to ignite the night economy for Nha Trang and pioneer the introduction of hot spring villas, opening a trend of therapeutic resort experiences right in the heart of the city.
South Island – the first phase to be launched, is the residential island with planned high-rise towers, commercial street houses, and villas, while still ensuring a large green density and complete, high-class amenities. Besides the secluded residential space, the living value of South Island is elevated with a marina, resort park, riverside park, and natural therapy park, where residents can experience meditation and yoga therapies by the lake, bringing a balanced rhythm of life between spirit and body, and feeling life connected with nature.
Charmora City is not only the beginning of a new lifestyle but also a declaration of the future city: where people live in harmony with nature, where the element of "water" becomes a source of prosperous energy, and where every construction carries the breath of culture and the aspiration for sustainable development.
