According to the Memorandum of Understanding, Sun Group Corporation will accompany the Primary - Secondary Inter-level Boarding School of Si Pa Phin commune (Dien Bien province) in supporting facilities, equipment for learning and living for students and teachers. In addition, the enterprise also supports educational activities, promotion of learning, contributing to improving teaching and learning quality; at the same time, implementing career orientation programs, inspiring learning, and developing skills for students.

The cooperation program aims to gradually improve learning and living conditions, focusing on comprehensive development of both spirit and physical health. It lays the foundation for building new Vietnamese people "contributing to preserving the nation's territorial sovereignty from its roots, which are the people, the community attached to the land, the forests, the border markers" as advised by General Secretary To Lam.
This is also a practical activity, demonstrating the companionship spirit of Sun Group Corporation with the policy of the Party and State in developing education in border areas, areas with ethnic minorities, and mountainous regions, promoting social welfare and sustainable development in the locality, especially pioneering the realization of the goal set out in Notice No. 81-TB/TW of the Politburo on the policy of investing in building 248 schools for border communes.
On this occasion, Sun Group also sponsored 2 billion VND for the teachers and students of Si Pa Phin Inter-level Boarding School to celebrate the traditional Tet holiday of the nation.

Si Pa Phin is one of the most difficult highland border communes in Dien Bien province. To seek knowledge, hundreds of students each day have to cross forests, overcome passes, wade through streams, and walk tens of kilometers. Meanwhile, educational facilities have not been synchronously invested in.
The construction of the Si Pa Phin Commune Inter-level Primary – Secondary School, which was rapidly constructed and completed for teachers and students in just over 5 months by the joint venture of Sun Group Corporation and Trading and Construction Company No. 6, has extremely important significance. This is the first school in the border area to be invested with synchronous, modern, 5-star international standard facilities. The school has 31 standard classrooms, 14 subject rooms along with educational equipment rooms, school counseling rooms, music rooms, STEM rooms, a library…The boarding area includes 120 rooms for students and 15 service rooms for teachers, meeting the needs for centralized accommodation and living.

Besides study and accommodation spaces, the school is also equipped with modern amenities for teachers and students such as multi-purpose rooms, cultural houses, sports fields, swimming pools, standardized kitchen systems, and restrooms. These facilities not only contribute to improving educational quality but also create a safe and healthy learning environment, helping border students have conditions to develop harmoniously in both intellect and physical strength.
Commenced in late July 2025, the spacious, modern school is located amidst the mountains and forests of the Northwest, close to the border, nearly 100km from Dien Bien city center. It has a scale of 6.88 ha, undertaken by a joint venture of Sun Group Corporation and Construction and Trading Company No. 6 from funding support from Hanoi City and socialized capital. The Department of Education and Training of Dien Bien province is the investor.
Besides its construction role, Sun Group also participated in consulting and supervision, providing maximum support to the locality in site clearance and legal documentation. The Corporation also received a certificate of merit from the Prime Minister for outstanding achievements in the construction project of the Si Pa Phin inter-level boarding school, Dien Bien, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland.
