Sun Group has officially launched the project “Xanh Island Central Bay City”, located at the prime position in the “heart” of Ngoc Cat Ba Island – capturing the entire panorama of the sea and sky of Lan Ha Bay. The project is developed based on a green philosophy, in absolute harmony with nature, and enhancing the value of the heritage land.

Project 'Comprehensive Green'
The first project developed by Sun Property (a member of Sun Group) in Cat Ba , Xanh Island Central Bay City is being created to become a green tourist area, a place possessing an ecological living environment, fresh air, and an expansive landscape amidst the vast bay. The Green inspiration covers the project, from planning, architecture, construction materials to internal transportation , contributing to making Cat Ba an attractive ecological destination on the map of Northern resort tourism, Vietnam's first "Net Zero" tourist island, attracting millions of domestic and international visitors.

This summer, the Central Park and Chu Tuoc Beach Park are expected to open, with a highlight being the VuiFest Bazaar night market gathering lively shows and unique Hai Phong cuisine; the world's largest nightly Jetski water sports show combined with fireworks, with a total investment of up to nearly 200 billion VND. Produced by renowned Australian producer Laser Vision & H2O, the show is elaborately invested with the participation of numerous international artists performing twice the number of Jetskis compared to the famous “Symphony of the Sea” show in Phu Quoc, and the most modern laser and fireworks system. The new events and shows are expected to create unprecedented excitement for Cat Ba , helping the Jade Island break through to become a leading tourist destination in the North.
Internal transportation is also being "greened" by Sun Group Corporation with a system of charging stations, parking lots, electric bus systems, and electric buggies, aiming to minimize carbon emissions into the environment.

The Xanh 2 is not only a unique architectural symbol but also honors local cultural values, connecting the past and present in a space harmonious with nature.
