Cat Ba - an island with 6 national and international titles - is entering the list of destinations that the world desires to explore, not only because of its stunning natural scenery but also because of its high-class tourism products.
In Cat Ba, the entertainment and culinary ecosystem in the central bay, created by Sun Group, was launched at the end of May 2025 with a series of new and unique experiences. For the first time, an art and sports performance on the sea combined with fireworks was created in just two months, transforming the sea area that had never hosted a large-scale performance in the central Cat Ba Bay into the stage for an international-level sports and art show. The show also set two unprecedented Guinness World Records: “The world’s largest jetski fireworks show” and “The most flyboard flips by an athlete in one minute”. More than just a single entertainment product, this show also creates a night-time attraction center, activating a series of accompanying tourism services such as the central square playground, Vui-fest night market, two seaside restaurants The Forest Beach Club & The Sea Beach Club serving diverse meals, all creating a closed and high-class experience ecosystem right in the central bay.
Green Island Sand Grandmother (Cat Ba)
As the first project developed by Sun Property (a member of Sun Group) in Cat Ba, Green Center Bay City Island is being built to become a green tourist area, possessing an ecological living environment, fresh air, and expansive landscapes amidst the vast bay.
