On June 18, the world's leading travel magazine, Travel + Leisure, announced the Luxury Awards Asia Pacific 2025, honoring the most outstanding and luxurious destinations and accommodations in the region. Among them, four hotels invested and owned by Sun Group, including JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay, InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort, Capella Hanoi, and Hotel de la Coupole – Mgallery Sa Pa, were honored in the best hotel category in Vietnam. These names not only affirm the position of the Vietnamese brand on the high-end tourism map of the region but also demonstrate new standards of relaxation, where guests not only stay but also enjoy the art of living.

Topping the list of the best island resorts, surpassing major domestic names, InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort continues to affirm its position as a world-class resort icon. Located on the pristine Son Tra Peninsula, the resort, designed by renowned architect Bill Bensley, has long impressed with its harmonious blend of Vietnamese culture and identity and contemporary architecture. The tiered design, connected by the Nam Tram mountain train system, has helped the resort become known as a "resort wonder" of Central Vietnam. Recently, the Nam Tram mountain train experience at the resort has also created a fever on social media, with many celebrities rating it as one of the most valuable experiences when visiting Da Nang.

Moreover, InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort is also considered the culinary center of Da Nang, owning the only Michelin-starred restaurant in the Han River city – La Maison 1888. In addition, the newly opened omakase-style Tingara restaurant from last year also provides guests staying at InterContinental Danang with more diverse culinary experiences, from traditional Vietnamese to French and Japanese cuisine.

Another equally outstanding seaside resort on the list is JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay, located in the south of Phu Quoc island, next to the deep blue of Bai Kem beach, which many foreign tourists call a "tropical paradise." With the theme of a fictional 19th-century French university, this resort is a blend of Bill Bensley's dramatic architecture and art-filled accommodation experiences. Here, each room is a "lecture hall," each restaurant a "culinary lecture" for global travelers, where vacations turn into unique discovery journeys.

Not only making its mark in the best Vietnam island hotel category, JW Marriott Phu Quoc was also honored by Travel + Leisure as the hotel with the most beautiful swimming pool in Vietnam with the Shell Pool. For a long time, this swimming pool has become a familiar check-in point in international travel publications. More than just a place to relax, this swimming pool is also a perfect blend of bold design, expansive views, and artistic emotion – true to the spirit of "relaxation is to inspire" that the resort has aimed for since its opening.

In the heart of Hanoi, just steps from the Opera House, Capella Hanoi was honored by Travel + Leisure in the list of Best City Hotels in Vietnam. The hotel is a combination of unique Art Nouveau and Art Deco architecture, recreating a luxurious inn for famous artists and composers during the golden age of Opera in the 1920s. Capella Hanoi is also one of only two representatives from Vietnam to be rated 5 stars by Forbes – the highest rating level in the Star Awards – considered the Oscars of the global hotel industry. The meticulous attention to detail in the design, combined with personalized service, has made Capella Hanoi a favorite destination for the most discerning guests – from the art world, politicians to travel critics.

Amidst the majestic Northwest Highlands, in the misty heart of Sa Pa – Hotel de la Coupole – MGallery emerges as a magnificent European castle in the mountainous region. Named among the Best Suburban Hotels in Vietnam, Hotel de la Coupole is a blend of highland cultural materials and the spirit of 1930s French haute couture. Fashion illustrations from the Parisian capital, Sa Pa’s ethnic handicrafts, and Indochinese architecture are recreated poetically, offering a resort experience that many international newspapers describe as a “masterpiece among the clouds”.

Many international newspapers refer to Hotel de la Coupole as “Switzerland in the heart of the Northwest”

Being recognized by Travel + Leisure demonstrates the high-class brand value of the hotels invested in by Sun Group. Since their launch, these resorts have consistently conquered international rankings such as the World’s Travel Awards, World Best Awards, Luxury Awards (Travel + Leisure), Readers’ Choice Awards (Condé Nast Traveler)… affirming their leading position on the regional resort map.

This is evidence of Sun Group’s relentless pursuit of peak quality and innovation in the tourism and hospitality sector, meeting the stringent standards of international experts and creating unique brand values for Vietnamese destinations.
